If you have completed an AI-powered interview through RecruiterAssistance.IO, you have the right to request deletion of your interview data. We will process valid requests within 30 days, as required by the Illinois Artificial Intelligence Video Interview Act and applicable data protection law.
How this works
Fill in the form below using the email address you provided when invited to the interview. We will:
- Verify your identity matches the email on the interview record;
- Delete your interview transcript, AI assessment output, and (if applicable) recorded video;
- Notify the employer who invited you that you have requested deletion;
- Confirm completion by email to the address you provide.
If you have completed interviews for multiple employers through our platform, all of your interview data will be included in this request.

Under the Illinois AIVIA and equivalent laws, deletion will be completed within 30 days. Most requests are processed within 5 business days.
