By accessing or using the RecruiterAssistance.IO platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@recruiterassistance.io of any unauthorised use.

Subscription and usage fees are set out in your order form or on our pricing page. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
The Service uses AI to produce interview scores, rankings, and feedback. These outputs are decision-support tools only. You remain the decision-maker for every hire, and are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law (including the UK Equality Act 2010, EU AI Act, and equivalent regulations).
The Service, including all software, models, documentation, and branding, is our property or licensed to us. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. Subscriptions may otherwise be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
